  1. This is a welcome speech by the Union Home Minister Mr. Sushil Kr. Shinde. I sincerely hope that the Centre-State relation would revived soon. People of India are looking forward to West Bengal and its Chief Minister and scaling her steps forward. People of India started to believe that Miss Banerjee is the kind of leader they were looking for a long period of time in the country. It is our fortune that we've her as our Chief Minister and strongly believe that Bengal can rise and our state can beat the front runner states in India in terms of development. Our Union Home Minister has just expressed that. I strongly believe that with immense will power and positive attitude a lame man may reach the mountain-top. Miss Banerjee just has started the executions of different welfare and pro-development plans and programmes to transform our state. Miss Banerjee has done this in the area of Jungle Mahal and Darjeeling and sent a clear message to all the deprived people of Bengal who suffered a 34 years long development draught in our state. Our Chief Minister is sincerely trying her best to maximise her endeavour regarding welfare to all sects of our society. The Central Government must realize this honest and hopeful step forward and act accordingly. Let the open-heartedness of our Union Home Minister let open monitory water-gate that help build and reconstruct the State of Bengal very soon. Another positive development is taking place that several front-line industrialists are nodding for future investment assessing the work-culture in our state and a clear refusal to all sorts of strikes inside the boundary of Bengal. They seem to be very impressed and hopeful about the continuity of growth in this state. May God also be with us and help us to become financially independent very soon so that the developmental work is not hindered and all pending plans and projects are restored and restated. Jai Hind ... Bande Maataram.
