CM asked Maoist to disarm & declared many development projects


Chief Minister on her two day trip to Belpahari had addressed a rally after meeting with district officials where she asked Maoists to disarm and announced many development projects. The CM told that the families which have been affected by Maoist depredations would get full support from government as at least one member of each family would get a job. She mentioned that she had information that Maoists from Odisha and Jharkhand are trying to infiltrate into Jangalmahal, which had been somewhat free of the extremist menace at present.
Announcing the development projects Chief Minister declared that till yet 10000 people were recruited in police force and 5000 more will be recruited by government where as 700 people will be recruited in Railway. She further mentioned that large number of teachers in Santhali language would be recruited. A large tourist circuit would be created around Belpahari which would create employment. She also told that little fast track court will be set up in Belpahari so that locals here would need not to go to Midnapore for trial.
She further told that state government would create schools and hospitals with all modern facilities in Belpahari and will also set a project for drinking water in order to solve the drinking water issue in the area. She asked all farmers to buy KISAN credit card and get their Crop insured by government. She also declared to set 331 KISAN Bazaar in all the blocks where farmers can directly sell their products.
