BJP will continue to demand PM's resignation over coal issue'

Bhopal, Sep 2 : Even as BJP veteran L K Advani indicated softening of protest over controversial coal block allocations, party national spokesman Ravi Shankar Prasad today said the party would continue to demand Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's resignation over the issue.

"How can Manmohan Singh remain Prime Minister when CBI is investigating and finding irregularities even in the preliminary probe?" Prasad asked, while addressing mediapersons at the state BJP headquarters here.
