Madhubani: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar faced the wrath of the people at a rally, when a group of para teachers (contractual teachers) staged a protest by showing their slippers to Mr Kumar.
The agitating teachers were demanding parity in salaries and allowances with regular teachers.
The incident happened in Madhubani during the Chief Minister's ongoing Adhikar yatra (Rights March).

Raising posters and placards and shouting slogans, the para teachers created a ruckus at the public meeting.
This was the fourth such protest against the Bihar Chief Minister. These teachers had earlier protested against Mr Kumar in East Champaran, Sitamarhi and Muzaffarpur districts.
The Chief Minister, however, blamed Opposition parties for instigating the para teachers.
