It induces humour; Yes, the present minister is ten times more efficient than Kalimuddin Shams in his type of game; the Director Joydeb Jana[now IAS], rising from the level of Rationing Officer is the master of the game and is supporting the minister very well and hence his extension after extension after retirement.... the jailbird, Tapas Roy, MR Distributor of Keshpur is an able companion and advisor of the minister.... there are hundreds of such instances; he is really a malignant cancer in didi's cabinet....yet we find him around didi in all events... Either didi does not understand him or he donates such hefty sum in party fund that he cannot be ignored...
