Chief Minister at her meeting in Buniadpur mentions that South Dinajpur is way behind from any development. She at the very beginning promises to change the entire scenario and already introduced the same by inaugurating the Rail Wagon Factory. She orders not to keep any work pending and to start fresh with positive energy.
Like other districts, Mamata Banerjee announces to establish multi speciality hospitals, ITIs, 3 model schools, shopping malls, ladies hostels and many more. She focussed mostly towards the protection of women nd have requested parents to be more careful before commencing towards the marriage of their daughters.
